A healthy relationship with your own sexuality — free of shame, fear, or disconnection — is something you are allowed to want.
I am a sex-therapy-trained clinician working with individuals and couples in Crown Heights, Brooklyn, and across New York State by telehealth.
Sexuality, without shame
So many people carry quiet struggles about sex they have never felt safe bringing anywhere — mismatched desire, difficulty with intimacy, sexual anxiety, compulsive patterns, or simply feeling cut off from this part of themselves. Therapy can be where those things are finally met with understanding instead of embarrassment.
How I approach sex therapy
I am certified in sex therapy coaching and trained in an emotionally focused approach to sexual concerns, which means we look not only at behavior but at the emotions, attachment, and history underneath it. The goal is not to perform — it is a freer, more honest, more connected relationship with your sexuality.
